Slow work with the body, the mind, and the stories you carry.

a quiet room, not a promise.

Theta healing, regression and divination — an hour where you breathe deeper and hear more clearly what wants to happen next.

Who I am

Vanessa

I practice theta healing, regression and divination, and have done so for as long as I can remember preferring this as the language I listen to the world in. I don’t heal anything — I make room. People come to me tired, with something unsaid in their chest, and usually leave carrying a little less.

Ways to work

Five ways we can meet

Every session is a conversation before anything else. If you don’t know what to pick, we pick together.

  1. 01

    Theta healing

A session of sustained listening, where old beliefs come to the surface and can be gently rewritten in words that feel truer to who you are now.

75 minutes Online or in person €90
  2. 02

    Regression

Working with old memories — from this life or further back — to understand patterns that repeat without an obvious explanation.

90 minutes Online or in person €110
  3. 03

    Divination

Tarot and card readings as a kind of structured conversation — a mirror for what you already know, even without the words for it yet.

60 minutes Online or in person €70
  4. 04

    Life coaching

Six or ten sessions, every two weeks, on a clear question — a transition, a choice, a step that keeps getting postponed.

60 minutes / session Online or in person €70 / session
  5. 05

    Mentoring for practitioners

For people who already work with others and need a space where they are the ones being heard.

    90 minutes Online On request

It isn’t mystical. It’s sustained attention, in a room where you don’t have to perform anything.
