Theta healing
A session of sustained listening, where old beliefs come to the surface and can be gently rewritten in words that feel truer to who you are now.
What it is
Theta healing is a way of working with thought and with what you believe about yourself without noticing. We talk about what weighs on you, find the beliefs underneath — often very old — and ask together whether they still belong in the life you want to live now.
I don’t promise outcomes. I make room for what wants to happen.
What a session looks like
- First half: conversation. You tell me what’s going on — in the body, in relationships, at work, in your head.
- Middle: the work itself. Eyes closed, in deep relaxation, we walk through the beliefs that surface.
- Last few minutes: integration. Notes, a few closing words, something to take into your week.
Who it’s for
For you if you’ve tried classical therapy, and self-help, and something still seems to be missing. If you catch yourself saying “I know I should…” and can’t. If you need to be heard without being judged.
Not a substitute for medical care or psychotherapy. Complementary — not instead of.
A session begins with a few lines.
