What I do with your data,
briefly.
Short version: I don’t sell, I don’t send newsletters, I don’t share anything. I use your data only to answer your message and to organise our sessions. A little more detail below.
What I collect
- What you write in the contact form: name, email, message, possibly a preference for a session.
- What you write in email, WhatsApp, or Instagram exchanges.
- The data strictly needed for invoicing, if we work together.
How I use it
- To reply to your message.
- To remember what we talked about between sessions.
- To issue an invoice, when needed.
What is said in sessions stays between us. I don’t discuss cases — even anonymously — without asking you first.
Who else sees it
- My email provider (to send and receive messages).
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- My invoicing software, for invoice data.
Beyond that, no one.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to delete everything I have about you, except invoices (which I am legally required to keep). Write to hello@example.ro.
